RFE for N400, birth certificate of former name

Hi all,
I am Turkish and I received RFE even after the successful citizenship interview!
I changed my name once many many years ago when I was home, and USCIS now want me to send them birth certificate for my old name.
This is very country specific but I am wondering if anybody here had the same issue.
The only birth certificate I could get is under my new name but it also mentions that I used that old name and changed that old name to new name on that date etc.. all the details..
My question is that do you think referencing my old name in my (updated) birth certificate will be enough evidence for USCIS..?
 
Get a letter from the local government in Turkey where you were born saying the BC with old name is not available. Additionally get two letters of affidavit from people who knew your birth with old name (mom, dad, uncles, aunts, etc)
That should do the trick.
