RFE for my Wife's I-485

Hi All,

Need your help what documents/Forms are required to responde to RFE apart from requested document.

Following things USCIS is asking for ...

Submit evidence to demonstrate that your present marriage is bona fide. This evidence may be in the form of birth certificate for common children, documentry evidence of joint residence and/or ownership of property, joint income tax returns, joint financial accounts, spousal insurance coverage and other such documentation.


So i have all of these documents what else do i need provide? is there any standard forms for this?

It is written in RFE that PLACE this RFE letter when you responde to RFE i get that. Now my question is her 485 Receipt is from TSC and and i got letter from NSC so where do i responde my feedback TSC or NSC.

Please let me know the address and way to send response via standard registered USPS mail would do?

------------------you will send to NSC. on RFE letter they have address mail it to that address.

two more clarifications.

we are going to provide Income tax return, bank letters,insurance letter,rental house lease. My question is on Income Tax return and bank letters.

Should i put the first page of IT return and remove other pages.?
Should i hide(white water mark them) the amount of deposites we have in accounts?

Replied to the RFE ourselves and seen LUDs on the case which is as following...

is this normal update?

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

On June 29, 2009, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case is at our NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.
