Got REF in NSC

My 140 case was transfered to NSC from TSC on 11/29 and TSC gave me ND 12/12. On 01/15 I was checking AVM NSC, it says \'on jan 15th we mailed you a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case\' . Does anyone got similar message knows what it might be ?
Your info will be very helpful.

Is ur AVM updated. My RFE was recvd by TSC on 14th Dec 01. Still no approval. AVM still says that RFE was sent out? Utterly frustrated. Tried calling TSC. Waited for 2 hours, the IIO just lifterd the phone and put it down. Can u suugest anyother way to find out status.

How to handle progressive experience RFE?

What format we have to use to prove the progressive experience?
Can I use an affidavit from a friend who has worked with me?
Please explain if possible.

Keep the projects in the ascending order of dates

1)Mar 99 to July 00 : Programming, testing
2)July 00 to Dec 00 : Programming, testing ,debugging, analysing
3)Dec 00 to Mar 01 : Programming, testing , debugging, analysing, design

like these you have to icrease your skills/responsibilities as time goes on.

You can use Project managenment tools, leading small projects, performance tunig of application and database, managing projects and mentoring new team members..etc

I am not sure about the affidavit whether it can be used or not.

How do we know that a reply to a REF was received by the INS?

Could any one tell me how to find out if the INS received the reply to the REF my company sent. My company says they sent the reply (to the REF) to the VSC two weeks ago. Yet the AVM has not been updated nor an acknowledgement mail has been received from the INS to the company. What is the time frame to expect a reply/AVM update? Anyone knowledgeable pls reply. Tks. Sri.

I have a question for you, did you send your W-2 when you filed or not? Just curious, I did not send mine and I was wondering whether you did or not....and was this RFE from VSC or NSC?

Did not send W-2

The RFE was for the company\'s ability to pay wages so my W-2 was not needed. Also I-140 is for future employment, you don\'t have to be working for the company when the company files the I-140!, thus the question of W-2 does not arrise. Sri
 
Did you get experience letters with progressive Experience ?

Whats the affidavit ? Is the required legally ? Is there any specific format ?

I thought previous experience letters with progressive work responsibility are enough.
