Hi All,

Glad to post this today!!!

Our cases were approved yesterday as per on line.
Interestingly I have checked until 9 PM yesterday and may be
the Status Batch process runs after that ??

It is really happy to free not only from BCIS but from our Attorney (as they are good for nothing!!!)

BTW, just some more details on my case.

I 'm with the same company, same position with increased responsibilities throught out the GC process. The only change is in my salary and it creased around 20% for the past 4+ years.

The reason (guess!!!) why I got RFE was my attorney did not send my latest employment letter at the time of I485 (submitted the same when they filed my I140 & my wife's one of the H4 extension's was also missed). So, I got Employee verification Letter & my wife got legal status RFE.

Once again many thanks to the fellow portal memebers & their insights on the immigration related issues.

Last but not least, my kudos to Rajiv Khanna for giving us this opportunity to express our grief, sad & HAPPINESS during our long journey!!!
