I started working for a company A (H1B) back in Mar.2002 in Sep 2002 they got approval for my labor certification and in Oct.2002 failed 140 and 485 for me (including request for EAD).
The thing is that at that moment (from Aug.2002) I've been working for a different company (B) (H1B). This was reflected in the documents (140 and 485). In 2003 I’ve received EAD and continued working for company B.
Now in Jan.2004 I left company B and joined company C (no H1B I’ve used my EAD), but I did not notify INS about that.
In all three companies I had similar job title:
A - Software Developer
B - Senior Software Developer
C - Senior Software Developer
I talked to my lower about notifying INS, but they told me that there is no need to do that.
Now today I’ve received RFE request (employment verification).
Is my situation bad?
Had anybody a similar situation?
