RFE - Approval - What is this - Gurus - Pls Help

Gurus,

I need some help to understand this.

I am the primary applicant and my wife and child are derivatives.

On 20th Feb, RFE was issued for both my wife and child. Of course I have not received it.

Today my status changed - ( I still don't believe it - seen 4 time but still dont believe it) to Approved.

Where do my wife and child stand ? Is there approval close and RFE is for something trivial ?

Please advise - will appreciate.

Probably an RFE for medicals or affidavit of support.
