Gurus,

When applying for stamping there is a question whether immigration has been applied for you or on your behalf.

My question is if I140 has been applied should you say yes.

What is the chance of getting your visa stamped in India if you answer yes to the above question?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

---write the answer YES, dont lie on any application
Any help is appreciated.

--She will anser NO as no I-140 was filed for HER

Pls help Ginnu and other gurus

My i140 is approved. I am the principle h1b holder and my husband is the h4 holder. He is in india and going to chennai to get his visa stamped as it was revalidated.

We are awaiting consular process to move since my 140 was approved maybe 20 days ago .

Now in the visa application, should my husband say that I have applied for immigrant visa for him or not.
If the answer is no, can you please advice me why ??

Appreciate your help
