Revalidation - 2 month rule

I work for company A. My passport has stamped visa from company B that is valid till OCT 2004.
Although my visa is valid for more than 2 months now & I no longer work for company B - can I still send my passport for revalidation?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

I think revalidation is allowed only if the existing visa in your passport has either expired for <1 year OR is expiring <60 days. You do not seem to fit in any of these categories.
