APPROVED!!!!!!
NO LUD change after FP

Today i got approval Emails just now
More details in next note!!!!

Details.

My details:
I-140/I-485 ND: 14th April 2004.
I-140 AD: 15th SEP 2004.
I-485 AD: 5th April 2005.
Labor Substituion,EB3.
PD:NOV 2002.( Big Question .. How did this case approved!!!)

I believe you are from India???? As Bodhal said, enjoy.This is a relief to most of the EB3 filers.

You mentioned no LUD after FP .. you did not have any LUD changes after FP ?

Kind of dumb of me to ask , but nonetheless can you confirm that your Country of Origin is neither India, nor China or Phillipines?

So you remember that someone kept telling approval of retrogressed EB3. :p

Well .. I do remember about that some one telling me about retrogressed doesnot really apply ..
But i did not thought about my case..
I am not looking at my portfolio in USCIS
But all of a sudden i got 4 Emails .. Huh!!!
Got scared to check the email at first .
But slowly slowly i rolled the email..
Man.. Thats it ..
It was about approval Emails ..
