Resumes used for H1 transfer

Guys,

I recently applied for H1 transfer and recently came to know that resume I submitted to INS has some discrepancy regarding dates of employment, that I did outside USA, compared to resume that was submitted when I first applied for H1.

For example in my previous resume that I submitted when I got fresh H1 i mentioned I worked in India for some company from Oct, in the resume that I submitted for H1 transfer, by mistake it was aug.

All dates regarding my emplyment in USA are correct .

Do you think INS compares old resume...

Please advice... jim/ and others
