Hi,

I was scheduled for my naturalization oath ceremony in August this year but wasn't able to attend in New York. I called the contact center and followed the process the to reschedule the ceremony that the agent walked me through: return the notice, alongside a letter explaining why I can't attend, and uploaded to the letter to my online account. I did not receive any receipt confirmation of my request. After I didn't attend the ceremony I received a notice saying that the local office would schedule me for a new date. My online account says I will receive a notice laying out steps I need to take to reschedule. These two statements don't seem align, I can't get any person on the phone at the contact center anymore - does anyone have an idea what steps I should take to ensure I can get my oath ceremony scheduled?
