Requirements for Medical Technologist

Could anyone kindly provide some information regarding the eligibility of an individual (living in US on TD) for the position of Medical Technologist in terms of education (US/Non-US) and minimum experience.

You either need a bach degree from anywhere
OR
you need a North American diploma AND 3 years experience.

Would a three years BSC Honors (Micro-Biology) from abroad + recent 2 years Online Associate Degree in Health Management from a US University (Accreditated by the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC)http://www.chea.org/search/actionInst.asp?CheaID=3201) + 6 months internship experience from abroad (prior to the Associate Degree) be enough for the TN qualification?

You can't cobble together qualifications.

Either your Degree is sufficient or it isn't. Since this is a bach degree, it most likely is. I would get a credential evaluation on the degree by itself and use this for TN.
All other things you mention are irrelevant in terms of TN requirements.

Either you have a post-secondary diploma and3-years experience , or you don't. Since you don't have 3 years experince, you don't.

Actually its for my wife not for myself. What I understand from your reply (please correct me if I am wrong) is that experience is absolutely essential for the said TN category (Medical Technologist) even if the person meets the academic requirement (Bachelor degree) and an unpaid internship done in or out of US won't be an alternate to that experience. Does a BS degree holder still requires 3 years experience? IF so, then the solution that I would be looking is for the following problem:

How could my wife acquire the said experience of three years while living in US on a non-working TD Visa? Would a Masters Degree in the same field be an alternate to that experience?

Thanks in advance.

And that changes my answer how?

Yes, you are wrong. Bachelor needs no experience.
Would a Masters Degree in the same field be an alternate to that experience?
No. Experience is WORK experience.

Let me say for the 3rd time

You (or she, or they) need
EITHER
a bachelors degree
OR
a North American diploma together with 3 years experience.

maybe she should be asking the questions....

Thanks Nelsona, actually the only confusion was regarding the experience for a BS degree which you have clarified since I was always under the impression that experience is a must for TN regardless of the degree. Sorry for being such a pain but I couldn't find any specific info regarding the BS before and really appreciate the information that you provided. If it was my field, I would have been more specific.

For ALL TN categories where a bachelors degree is a pre-requisite, no other experience is necessary.
