Requirement for Company Letterhead and Wet Signature on TN Support Letter - is it a must?

My employer has provided me with the following documents: (1) Form G-28, (2) attorney cover letters—one addressed to me and another to CBP, and (3) a TN support letter from the employer. All of these documents are black-and-white copies, including the signatures, which appear to be scanned and inserted electronically.

Will this pose any issues at the border crossing? To me, the entire application appears to be a black-and-white photocopy or printout rather than original documentation. I am concerned that CBP officers may question the authenticity or completeness of the materials.

Could you please advise on whether this is acceptable and what steps I should take to ensure a smooth process at the border?

It is not a "must". However, why your sponsor won't cough up the $10 to FedEx you an original letter is puzzling.
The G-28 is a waste of time, since the lawyers are not appearing for/with you.
But I hope you are not delaying going to the border because of what they sent you, waiting for a response her.
Try, and hope for the best. If rejected, THEN ask for proper docs.
