I am a married man with 4 kids. My wife's parents have recieved their GC and will leave for USA shortly from Pakistan.
My question is:
Am I eligible for a Green card Sponsorship through my in laws/wife?
What is the time duration for the whole process?
If yes, how soon will my kids get their greencard after I have recieved it?

Kindly reply.

Cheers.

No, you're not eligible. As GC holders, your in laws cannot sponsor your wife (and by extension, you) because your wife, their daughter is married and over 21 (I'm assuming).

but according to this website my wife is eligible..in the 3rd preference:Capture.JPG

Like I wrote before, your wife is not eligible, at least for now. The 3rd preference category is for married sons and daughters of US CITIZENS! Your in laws are not US citizens, they're leaving for the U.S. as GC holders according to your first post. Only a U.S. citizen can sponsor a married child!
