As a US Citizen, I am applying green card for my brother who is older than 21 and married.

I know I have to fill I-130 and I-864 and copy of my US passport, my birth certificate, and his birth
certificate. is this all I need to start? Do I need to fill additional form? Their marriage certificate, his wife birth certificate, kids?


Also, I've heard this process can take between 10-11 years. My mom has green card and if she applies for him, will it be less than if he was unmarried?

For a sibling petition you don't file I-864 with the I-130. You'll file the I-864 around the end of the 10+ year wait, when the case is becoming ripe for a consular interview.
