I have applied for H1 on April 13th and now USCIS has sent a notice asking for further information. How long does it take for them to approve the visa after we send all the correct documents?

----- if they are satisfied with your documents that they have asked then it depends on service center how much time they take

We have applied to nebraska center. The passport had more than 6 months to expire at the time of receipt, but now it has only 5 months. Should we have atleast 6 months left on the passport at the time of receipt or at the time of approval?

I dont see any otherreason why they could have asked for evidence. What is the commonest reason they ask for further evidence?
