reopened I129

Hello Friends,

I am now on a Permanent resident status from January 2008. I was on H1b, which is approved by CSC and that is valid till october 2008. My 485 approved on january 2008.
Today I received an email that CSC reopened my I129 and they make a decision within 30 days.

What could be this?
Anybody has any idea, what can happen to green card.

Today I received an email that CSC reopened my I129 and they make a decision within 30 days.

What could be this?

If your I-485 is approved and got Permanent resident status then pending H1 transfer will be denied.
it seems your employer filed H1 transfer Before your I-485 got approved

Hello,

I made a mistake in the post.

I was on H1b when my I-485 approved. The H1B that I was on was a tansfer. I mean the H1b that I had while 485 approved was a transferred H1b.

That H1b valid till october 2008. I got 485 approval on january 2008.

Why CSC reopened my I129!

Once you got I-485 approved then any pending H1 extension or H1 transfer will be denied
