Rentry to USA after 6 months stay in B1 visa

My parents stayed in USA for 6 months and they are back in India last month.
Is there a period restriction before they can renter USA. I have heard that you may have to wait for 6 months before you can revist USA.Is that true?
My parents have 10 year B1 visa .

They should wait anywhere from 6 months (minimun) to 1 year (recommended) before trying to come back. That way they will avoid being seen as potential immigrants who spend more time in the USA than in home country.

There is no such restriction. However, having said that, any visitor should try to avoid having more than 6 months presence in the the US in any rolling 12 month window.
