I filled my renewal of EAD on Nov 12th. My petiton goes to Nebraska Office. They received my file on Nov 13th. My EAD is expiring on Dec 17th. Is there any way we can get the EAD before the expiration date. Please help us , Any advice will be greately appreciated.

You should have applied for EAD renewal atleast 90 days before expiry date. No other avenues are available for you...
 
When should we expect to get EAD, Everybody is saying its taking aroung 2 months. Is is true.
 
60 to 90 days. did you sent color copy of DL and passport page with application? becase NSC sends RFE for these color copies
 
Actually my atttorney filed for me and he did't ask from me about these. Can we send it now ?? Also somebody was telling that sometimes you can get EAD if you try to go directly to Nibraska. I have really poor knowledge about this but now I am in big trouble where I am going to lose my job.

---- Ask you lawyer, send it with copy of EAD filing receipt and write in cover letter that you forget to send the color copy of DL and PP so please attach with my pending file. Write out side the envelope in big bold letters, “extra supporting document for pending FORM I-756 for employment authorizing document (EAD) receipt # LINXXXXXXX. Send it to same address or post box, where the EAD application was sent, send the letter by certifed post

----- That is not true, you cannot go to service centers but you can go to your local USCIS office for iEAD after 90 days of filing EAD count the 90 days from RD
I have really poor knowledge about this but now I am in big trouble where I am going to lose my job.
** You are responsible for the delay in filing EAD, you should know that AP or EAD should be filed 4-5 months advance. Take leave after 17 or talk to HR they can pay later they know how to handle the situation. I will expect delays for any kind of application approval in December because of many holydays; they will only resume normal (?) processing after first week of Jan 2004 .
