Renew TN by I-129 question about Part4-1

Hi there,

I am working at San Francisco and currently prepare to renew my TN by mail. I have question about Part4-1, I already read the previous discuss about it but still feel confused. Does anybody here could give me a clear answer?

Part 4-1 choose one of the three::confused:

1. Consulate
2. Pre-flight inspection
3. Port of entry

Office address(city)....:confused:
U.S. state or Foreign Country...:confused:

Since you are getting your TN by mail and are in US, write your favourite Cdn airport -- it really doesn't matter.
 
I am first time renewing my TN by I-129 with the same employer. I am confused with Part 2, number 2, should I chose a. New employment, or b. Continuation of previously approved employment without change with the same employer?

If I chose b, then in number 3, they are asking about the petition receipt number. what should I write in the petition receipt number?

in Part 4, number 8, if you indicated you were filing a new petition in part 2, within the past seven years has any person in this petition: a. Ever been given the classification you are now requesting?
The answer should be yes, or no for this?

Part 4, number 9, Have you ever previously filed a petition for this person?
The answer should be yes, or no?
