Renew EAD with long Gap

Hi,

I want to aply to renew my wife's EAD. Her first EAD has been expired for morethan a year. She never worked.

She was pregnant and didn't bother to renew. Is there going to be any problems/RFEs these days for these kind of cases?

No problems at all. The only requirement for an EAD is a pending I-485.
 
No probs at all as I did for my wife...applied second EAD after 8 months of first ead expiration and EAD was approved in 15 days....Good luck
 
If you get this kind of RFE, make sure to send a letter from the employer stating the periods of actual employment (and make sure that they match the validity of the EAD).
