HI,
I'm about to send my I-751 to USCIS and i have completed my package just need the two affidavits from two person who could say that they know me and my wife and our marriage is going good.
My question is can my brother in law ( my wife's brother) give me that affidavit or that affidavit has to be given by some friend ?
Please reply.
Regards

Don't bother with those affidavits if your other evidence is solid. Those affidavits are a last resort for people whose other evidence is weak.

thanks for your reply ...

i have collected following evidences i just wanna know are they good and solid enough to get approved easily ?
1. two years of joint tax returns

You should be in good shape. Hopefully your I-751 will be approved without an interview.

How long have you been married at this point in time?

Do you have any "red flag issues" (big differences in age, religion, culture, socio-economic backgrounds)?

Even if there are some small differences, you sound like an easy approval in the making.

I have never seen these variables play any part during I-751 adjudication when no waiver is being sought. They are looked at during AOS adjudication but I have yet to come across a case when they were scrutinised during I-751 adjudication.
