what will happen when I widthdraw my application for the K-1 visa after she is actually here?

The problem is she and her family here has performed a case of marriage fraud, I'm currently in the action of removing application that I've filed to bring her here. She has been here maybe 1 year now and the change of status card expires in 09.

And I'm trying what I can do, to wrap this up, and in hope of deportation.
it's a long sad story.

Just withdraw the K-1 visa and thats it. You shouldn't worry about her or what happens to her. Thats her problem now. Don't try to get back at her by trying to get her into trouble. Its up to her to leave the US, or face the consequences of overstay.

Hi.
So Im assuming the K1 applicant is in the US already (as it seems as though youre describing that the K1 applicant now has her 2 year conditional greencard)? If this is the case then the K1 visa is invalid now. The K1 is a one time entry visa and becomes invalid upon initial entry to the US- therefore it cannot be withdrawn (its now a worthless page in her passport).
As this is a fraudulant marriage then the applicant will have to remove the conditions of her GC on her own next year....I dont know whether theres a way to contact USCIS with proof of this fraud. A good place to post this problem is on this forum as here there are lots of people who have/are experiencing the exact same problem as yourself.

It appears as though the woman is already here. Going through the OP's previous posts, the K1 was approved in March 2007. The OP states that 'change of status expires in 09', so Im assuming that he means that that is when the 2 year conditional GC expires- so AOS to conditional PR is already complete.

Going by his first post last year he states that he wanted to make sure that she 'didnt pull a fast one' on him. Looks as though this is exactly what has happened.

In that case, the OP cannot do much to this woman.
