Relocation to different state with same empolyer

Hi,

I am working with company A located in state X on H1.

I am planning to work remotely for the same company A but from a different state lets say Y. I will be working in the same project with same job title.

Both sate X and Y are in different USCIS service centers.

Do you think it will be a problem?
or, I need to have some authorization from USCIS

Please give me some feedback.

What state are you getting your payroll and paying yur state tax?

Which state your LCA belongs?

Ans. My current state is X

Which state your LCA belongs?
Ans. LCA belongs to my current state X

After moving to state Y, Do I need to file any tax for Y?

Or, I have to file tax only for state X as I am paying state tax only for X.

Since your move is temporary, and your state payroll deductions are belongs to X, you no need to pay anything to Y.
