Relative in U.S. and beneficiary L1B visa

Hi,

I have a query and that is, does it impact in any way if the beneficiary for L1B visa has other relatives in U.S.? Can it be considered as a reason for refusal of L1B visa?
Should the beneficiary specify the fact for the "Do you have any other relative in U.S." question in online DS-160 form?

Read INA 214(b) and you will see that H, L and V visas have dual intent status. Not a problem.
