Regarding H4

HI

I am on F-1 visa and my husband has valid H-1 visa. I am planning to apply for H-4. Can you please tell me what are the documents that i need to submit for USCIS. How long will the process go? When can i leave the school ?

It would be very glad if you can answer my questions.

File F1 to H4 Change of status with form I-539. You will send copy of your Valid I-94, copy of marriage certificate, Copy of spouse H1 approval notice, copy of spouse valid I-94(front and back).USCIS fee. You can be on H4 once COS gets approved in 3-4 months or go out of US get H4 visa and enter US on H4. your spouse lawyer can help to file F1 to H4.
