My wife got H4 stamped on Jan 2008 and since then she is in India and she never traveled to US, but now she got H1B approval, and we are planning to go for stamping in the month of Jan 2009. And now she want to travel to US on H4 in the month of November 2008, as the H1B is active since Oct 2008 can she travel on H4 to US and then can she go for stamping, or she has to get H1B stamped in India and then she has to travel.
Please suggest me.
( Note: till now after H4 stamping she hasn't travelled to US and for the 1st time she want to travel)
