I just received the following notice. Does this mean my AP is approved? Thanks

The last processing action taken on your case
Receipt Number: LIN XXXX
Application Type: I131 , APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status: Document OTHER THAN CARD manufactured and mailed.

On December 15, 2006, we mailed the document we manufactured based on
our earlier approval of this case, and mailed it to the address on we
have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you
do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

Hi dux124,

Could you please tell us the Receipt and notice dates of your AP. My receipt date was Oct 4th at NSC and I am still waiting.

your AP is approved and if filed directly it will come to you and if filed by lawyer it goes to lawyer office
 
Thanks so much, ginnu. I will ask my lawyer to FedEx it to me as soon as you receive it. Just wondering what is that "Documents OTHER THAN CARD" in my notice mean? Thanks again.
