Regarding 7th year extn Docs

Inorder to file for the 7th year extension, I have couple of these questions.

1. Is I-140 receipt applied in Copy or Original ?


2. Is a copy of Labor Approval required besides I-140 receipt? if so, is it just the first page with approval stamped or all the pages of I-750 partA&B ?


3. is LCA something different from Labor approval?

---I-140 COPY not orignal reciept if I-140 pending and you need tofile 7th year on I-140 pending base

---- if asking 7th year H1 extension no need of LC documents or pages

3. is LCA something different from Labor approval?
LCA is filed with H1 petition and employer/lawyer gets LCA from DOL in 2-4 days it is fax back system. LC is Labor certification that is first step for GC
