REF Question

Folks,

I am joining RFE club. I did not want to but...GOD wants me to wait longer.

Help me if you can :-

1. How long does it take for RFE to arrive from the date status changed ?

2. Do they only post or fax at also to lawyer ?

3. Can I call them and ask what is it about (before receing the RFE) ? Did someone do that - to find out what they are looking ?

You will have to wait for the mail. IIos dont know what the RFE is about (at least the current national CSRs). Lawyer would get the RFE near or at the same time you get it (if you fired your lawyer)

How do I fire my lawyer ?

RFE is already sent out and my lawyer is "one that should have been fired long time back" because she is slow, does not complete documents, sits on paperwork...

Do they send RFE to applicant too ? I don't remember getting RFE for AP at home.

As far as I know, the only option is waiting for your lawyer to receive the RFE. They don't send to applicant. You can call your lawyer 3-5 days after the issue day to remind her about the RFE.
