I visited Local INS office for my AP and they told me REF has benn send to me , which I will receive in couple of days .Did any one got REF on AP and what it can be ?

what are the Documents u have sent to BCIS for the AP.

if u have't sent the copy of your I-140 Approval they will send u an RFE.

Hi,
MY wife got an RFE for first time filing of AP, asking for I-485 recipt. To the extent of my Knowledge, RFE for AP will be really simple one's.

velturi: No, But a general scrutiny of I140 application has to be done before approval of AP or EAD, so the processing times will be longer
