Hi All, a question here.
I am switching jobs and the new employer is taking care of my TN via I-129/Change of employer, premium processing. I am Mexican.
However, I have international travel plans for the summer. My question is, if I were to go on that trip, would I be able to return with the previous employer's TN visa stamp (valid until December of 2013) and the notice of action + new I94 of my new employer?
I know that it's possible for H1Bs, but I don't know for TNs.
If it is not possible I would rather make a trip to Mexico to get a new stamp under the new employer.
Thanks a lot!
