Reentering the US with B1 business visa after a short stay in Poland

Hi,

I am a designer and owns a shop in Poland.
I entered the US last time and stayed there for 5 months and came back to Poland two days ago.

Now my work requires me to go back to the US 5 days later (around 7 days of short stay in Poland).

I heard from my colleagues that the history of a short stay in Poland and long stay in the US can be troublesome in reentering the US.

My questions are:

1. Is there a chance that my reentry can be limited?

2. What should I do if that is the case? Do I need any kind of documents?

3. Or staying here in Poland for a month or so will be beneficial in reentering the US?

BTW, I used to travel the US frequently even before. The longest stay in the US was also 5 months around 10 years ago when I had a travel visa. Now I have a B1 business visa (renewed 2 years ago with it) and with it the longest stay was only one month last July.

The general rule of thumb is to spend as much time out of the US as you do in it (ie, 5 months in 5 months out).
Given that your time 'out' is only going to be 7 days then there is a strong chance that you may be refused entry.
Of course, you may be let in (people have been let back in after a short period out of the country)- though the odds are certainly not in your favour.
My advice is to spend an extended period out of the US before your attempt at re-entry.

I got to enter anyway. I can't miss this trip.

If they do not let me in, I won't/can't do the work with any US company any more.
I will occur some damage but I will focus more on the Europe side.

Thanks anyway.

I got in

The officer asked a lot of things with suspicion. So I said, "I am tired of this nonsense. I came here to spend 15 million dollars in business and I just can't do it in the US anymore. Are you going to let me in or what? I have a return ticket right here. If you won't let me in, say fast. I will go strait to Poland!" He looked shocked and angry at me first but eventually put a stamp on my passport anyway.

I am in.

Thanks for your help anyway.

Just kidding. All was a lie for fun.

He did ask though if I had a visa or master card. I said yes and he gave me only one month stamp. I would not dare to show anger or threat to the officer. LOL!
