Recieved FP (First one) from USCIS for myself and my spouse.

my detai:

I-485 RD 10-28-2003
I-140 RD 10-28-2003 AD 07-08-2004
 
Hey dashDurai.

Just wondering if your LUD changed around the time you received the FP notices?

Also anything that you did that might have triggered the FP notice (we changed our address from VA to TX about 2 weeks ago but the LUD hasn't changed or anything).

My situation is similar to yours except our ND is 10/23/03 with the I-140 approved on 06/09/04.

Msg on my 485 was not changed it still says the old msg and still has the old Last update date.

i think my spouse's Advance Parole triggered our FP. her AP have approved on 07/15/2004 and our FP issued on 07/15/2004.

And FP notices have recieved our lawyer.

March/03 still awaiting for First FP- Hopefully the Final FP

Let us see if AP theory works as Mine is pending since 05/04(ND). 2nd EAD didn't trigger FP as it got approved on 06/08. I should have AP approval in a 2 weeks as per dates (04/26) .
 
Dash, Congrats man, I'm guessing your 140 got approved. Remember me from the 140 forum, we have the same ND date(10/28/03) for 140/485. Lets keep in touch here as well.

I have the same receipt date 10/28/03 (I485), But No FP yet. I did a address change yesterday. And today when i check my case status online, it gives me the following message

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
Status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the service center where you submitted your application.

I am really worried now, has anyone encountered this problem. Please let me know

ND 9/15/03, no FP yet

Congrulations Dashdurai!

Luky you to get FP notice so early. Any idea how USCIS issue FP notice? My ND is 9/15/03, but no FP notice yet. And also realize most of Jun/Jul/Aug filers have still been waiting FP.

I think that FP are issued based on where you live, and the FP center work load closed to you.

Dash, could you let us know where your FP center is, I live in EAGAN, Minnesota, so I will probably get at the St Paul, MN.

Dashdurai you are lucky to get your FP so early........... Congrats

My ND is July 7, 2003........... No FP Yet

Hopefully I will get the FP Notice as we are seeing some FP Notices in the recent past.

I am guessing my center would be Newark, NJ. My ND is 9/03 I havent heard anything yet. Could the folks who have their 1st FP tell us where their ASC is, to test this hypothesis. :)
