Any format that you want but here is what i suggest

concurrently with I-140 ?
What is the RFE for: EVL,Tax etc
When RFE is Replied:?
Whe Status Updated if atll updated
When is First FP expiring or second Scheduled
When is it being approved ::cool:

Evidence of this ability shall be either in the form of copies of annual reports, federal tax returns, or audited financial statements. Such evidence may also include pay stubs or other documentation indicating that the petitioner has actually been paying the proffered wage.

my online case status says "rfe has been sent on 3/19/04............".

coincidentally, i recd my second fp notice by mail today, which is dt: 3/18/04.

do you think the rfe refers to the fp notice? does the online status change to "rfe has been sent....." in case a FP notice is sent?

will appreciate your expert opinion.

Received Second FP notices last week..

Online status states that a mail has been sent asking for additional evidence and info...


I guess, it should be an RFE based on other folk's previousl postings..but not sure ..
