Recent approvals for March 2002 part 2

When for WAC-01-286-5xxxx

When do you Gurus think will we start seeing approvals with this WAC# \'cuz i think the approvals are more dependent on the wac#s rather than the RDs and NDs. In any case, my RD is Aug15th and ND is Sept 18th...

Hi,
I\'m a regular visitor to this forum and have keenly followed the various discussions.I\'m glad to inform that GC has been approved for me,my wife and my two kids on March 8th.We received the notifications on March 12th and I had the stampings done at Santa Ana office today in the morning.It took us hardly 1/2 hr.Curiously the AVM still states that "On Jan 4th 2002,the process has resumed ..."

R/D July 11th 2001
N/D August 29th 2001
FP Scheduled date 11/23/01 Done 10/27/01
EAD received Nov 2001
AP received Dec 2001
Jan 4th 2002 " Process resumed..."
Mar 8th 2002 Approved.
AVM not updated still say\'s "On Jan 4th 2002 Process resumed..."

Paroles received on 8/22/2001
Finger print notices received on 10/23/2001 for 11/21/2001 at Oakland cente.
FP done on 11/13/2001 at San Jose center.
EAD cards received on 11/10/2001

Planning to do passport stamping tomorrow (3/14) at SFO as indicated in the notice

Both mine and my wifes cases are approved. We both got RFE\'s.

My RFE - 4 paystubs + 2 yrs W2\'s (I also sent Employment Verification though it was not asked
My wifes RFE - X-ray report

Hope this helps others who are anxiously waiting for their approvals.

I don\'t come here often. Here just want to share this piece of breeze with you. Hopefully it can ease some frustrations from some fellows, which I can totally feel. Because you can see how slow my case is. I like a msg post on this site a while ago, that is the sun will shine on your street one day, and every dog has its own day. Now I look back, I take it as an experience, which makes me stronger.

Heard the words on the AVM yesterday that my case was approved on March 12 and that a letter have been mailed.
