Dear All,

I am usually a read-only visitor to this site, which I find very very helpful. I feel an obligation to others and would like to share my data.

Congratulations to PCEE for his list (http://pceegcee.tripod.com/), which I think, is the essence of what all I-485 waiter look for. Keep up the good work PCEE -- this was a very smart idea. Can you decipher for me what pcee/gcee means, please?

I think, there are a lot of folks with the 250 batch number still waiting, hope that will be an encouragement for them.
 
After about 9 months of wait, finally approved for me and my wife. Got the news from the lawyer and received courtesy notices, yesterday. AVM has not changed yet.

Here are my details:

country: Bulgaria
MD June 1st, 2001
RD June 1st, 2001
ND August 8th, 2001
AP received mid September
FP appointments received Oct 21st
FP done Nove 21st in Modesto ASC , on schedule
EAD received beginning of December
AD March 6.

I\'ve been a silent reader, but got help from this board.
My case has been a long history.
PD: June, 96
RD: September, 97
ND: November, 97
EB3 - India
Got visa retrogress (unavailable visa) after filing.
After waiting for one year without approval, moved from California
to Gorgia. Wrote to INS CSC about mail address change a couple of times. Got finger print request and employment verification letter
in Jan 15. Got finger print done 2/8. Mailed employment letter and
3 recent pay stubs to CSC 2/15. AVM updated 2/27 saying received
RFE and taking 999 days. 3/6 case was approved per AVM.
Praise Lord!!!
I never called live IIO, because it\'s a waste of time. They do not
tell you more than what the AVM tells you. I do not have time to wait
for more than one hour because of busy work.
Everyone just hangs in there, your approve will be next.
Good luck to all of you! Be patient.

I accept that compiling summary is a smart idea, but it is not mine though :) I guess it is some thing like a tradition that is being followed long before I came on to this board, and I am very happy to be a small part of it.

Regarding pceegcee -read it as PCeeGCee. First part PCee is my ID here, and I am sure you know what GCee is since you just got one :)

I still cannot believe it (Sorry for the stereotyped statement), but it is true (at least based on what I heard on the AVM). I just heard the message on the AVM a coupla hours ago. Now it is our nature not to believe loooooooonnnng awaited good news till v c it in riting, but what the heck, since it gives the same msg 4 both my wife and I (diff.. WAC #s), hopefully it has got to be true.

It was beginning to get so discouraging after reading about folk\'s approval msgs reg. 485 apps with WAC\'s after mine, or PDs after mine or NDs after mine, or FPs after mine. Anyhoo, my WAC # is WAC-01-264-57### and my wife\'s is WAC-01-264-58###. We r approved today...

Needless to say, the feeling is liberating. I no how hard it is,...believe me I no, and I sincerely hope from the bottom of my heart, that each and everyone of u get it verry, verrry soon.

My id on PCEE\'s list is metaphor. RD is 6/22 and Nd 8/21. WAC-01-263 Both our 485\'s got approved on 03/07. We are soooooo happy. Tonnes and tonnes of luck to all those who are waiting -- this sounds cliched, but your approvals are just round the corner.

Will post my stamping experience soon. This forum has been extremely helpful in relieving the tension of the wait.
