Yesterday my wife called INS after a long gap and to our pleasant surprise
she heard &quot;This case has been approved on March 4th...&quot;
for both of us. We were overjoyed...its approved today!
It was the end of a long and painful waiting;
but then we are waiting for the notices to confirm the AVM!

From my experience once the FP is done and process resumed then any other information like category , RD, ND etc does not matter.

Finally our case has been approved. Talked today to IIO and she has told me
that the case as been approved on 4-th of March 2002.
I checked the status of the case on 4-th of March several times and the
old message &quot;on Jan 4-th ... processing resumed&quot;.
Today the AVM changed to the &quot;This case has been approved on March 4-th ...&quot;
for me and the members of my family. I am not on any of the tracking lists.
This forum really helped during the long wait and thanks to everyone.

AVM was Dec 29th mesg, changed yesterday to approved on March 4th.
Will wait and see what the RFE for my wife will be - could be medical since she could not take all the tests when 485 was filed.

Looks like the remaining May RD\'s are getting approvals slowly.

I am not in PCee\'s list, but I frequent this forum. Really appreciate everyone\'s efforts and it is a very useful board.

Finally, AVM had good news. Our 485 applications are approved on March 4!
I lost my job on Nov 3, and moved from California to New Hampshire in late November and started a new job. Got RFE on Jan 30 (seems like INS mixed our applications with someone elses)
Now I can also say:
We are approved!

my 485 was approved on feb 19 (wac 01-250-xxx RD may 30 \'01 and ND aug 06 \'01)
but my wife got an RFE. The avm said that rfe was mailed on feb 27 \'02. Have\'nt recieved the rfe yet . So I just checked the
avm again today and it says they recieved the rfe response on march 06 \'02 and
blah.. blah.. and they will mail the decision. I have\'nt contacted my attorney yet
but i am sure he has\'nt recieved the RFE letter itself. so any clue
whats happening. could be an AVM Glitch ???
Any insights into this is helpful
