My case approved (RFE case) - ND:04/2001
Nancy Lee - 10:44am Feb 28, 2002 EST

My case was approved on 02/25/2002 !!!
Probably you guys know that I got my second RFE and I was desperately waiting for the RFE letter for a month. Guess what happened ! AVM message was not about the second RFE. INS messed up AVM. According to my lawyer, they opened up my case recently and then approved it and updated the AVM status on 02/25 But I don\'t understand why the message was changed back from "received RFE responce\' to \'sent RFE\' a month ago and that is why I thought INS issued another RFE. Anyway, thanks everyone who encouraged me and gave possitive advices.

AOS Approved - 02/25/2002

Not received notices yet, waiting for the same.

Guys, Today was the day for me and my wife. The AVM is updated that our cases were approved on Feb 27th and Approval Notices were mailed. What a relief ..

Today got the final approval notice in mail.

FP rvd 1/8, schd 02/09, Done 1/16 AVM process resumed on Jan 19.
AD AVM says 02/25 approved, got the notice in mail on 02/28 !!
Thanks for this site, it helped me a lot going through the process

Just got approval today!

My wife and I were approved today! Awesome .. EB2 RIR [WAC01-263-XXXXX] ... AVM says case approved 02/28 and notices have been mailed ... I have some Q\'s:

1. how long does it take to get the approval notice in mail?
2. what documents are required when we go for stamping at the local office?

LEPTONs .. on the way to become protons, electrons, bla bla bla ..
