A small suggestion to rsrgc

You have been putting gr8 ettorts in maintaining the summary thread.
This is a great complementary activity to PCee\'s excel sheet.

To make out more and more sense of the numbers, is it possible for you to append a word ( PCee-listed) in the subject.

Since we are running into Bandwidth problems with Pcee\'s web site, it is difficult to keep track of how many of the approvd cases are from PCee\'s list so that we know the percentage of pending cases.

Also, is the fact, if some people are trying to dump data on this forum ( less likely though) we can find that out.

We have had 22 approvals since last cutoff date (Sunday night 12)
we would like to see how many of these are actually from PCee\'s list

(#19 of 20) Just spoke a friend who\'s RD is in AUG. His AOS approval came last week.
So the Aug approvals have started. It make me wonder about the approval pattern. I think its just random.
I am not sure about his details but sure about the RD because we both work for same company with same GC related dates.

I-485 Approved Jan 8 as per AVM today, but no copy received by mail

Hi,
I checked AVM today, my wife has been approved as on Jan 8, but not me. Also nothing received by mail (either by me or the lawyer). For both, WAC 01-265.
How to correspond with INS ? Who should do it ? My lawyer or me ?

Thanks for your help.

The VM changed to approved on Feb 27th, but says that the case was approved on 25th, checked on 26th but the message was the same old one "pending review". Talked with IIO on 21st and she was very cordial and she told the case was not assinged to an officer yet, but will be assigned to an officer in a month.

If what she said was correct, then it took just 2 business day for them to approve the case.

Never ever dreamt that I would get my GC, but here it happens, but now I have other problems, being single, now I guess my options on marriage front are cut short, may be ABCD is the only option huh, oh well.....

Finally, the wait is over. Got the approval letters today for self & wife. Approval date is Feb 21. You can get details using handle manishw.

January/02 called INS to change my mailing address, last week called again to verify address change and status, was told shortly they would make decision, both call the two IIO ladies were very polite and not rude at all.
This Monday checked AVM still famous \'01/11 processing resumed\',
just last night checked again and got the magic word. "You case has been approved on 25th/Feb".
The whole case takes about 16 months, which is not too bad. Thanks God and this wonderful site. Be patient.

how long it will take to get the approval in the mail

Hi all,
I got I485 approved and aslo for my wife...I checked the AVM yesterday, its says this case has been approved on 25th Feb and mailed...

My question is how long it will take to get it in the mail..
And also i will appreciate if some one can tell me the required documents needed for stamping...I will go to SFO for stamping as soon as i get the approval in the mail..Thanks in advance

Yes, I heard the magic words (APPROVED) yesterday.
Case was approved on Feb 25th. PD 10/00, EB2 RIR
But, unfortunately my wife\'s case\'s AVM still saying that the "FP received and processing is resumed" Worried on that part.
I have to call my attorney and make sure what\'s going on.
Keep fingers crossed.
