Received Dallas BEC 45-day letter on SF DOL RIR case

Letter From: Dallas
Received On: 01/11/2005
PD: 11/06/2003
RD: 09/10/2004
 
Any one whose PD in Oct 2002 and RD date in Oct 2003 received the 45 days letter? Really appreicate if you can share some information

Hi dsugandhi,
Can you please let me know if 9/10/2004 date is the date your
application is sent to DOL from SWA or is it the DOL Received
Date? My case details are as below and have not received any
letter so far. Bit concerned.

PD: 10/16/2003
Sent to DOL: 8/23/2004
RD at DOL : 9/13/2004 (or may be 9/17/2004, one of them)

I know people filed in nov 2002 PD got 45 day letter, one also for jan 2004, mine is march 2004, i have not got anyletters ...

My priority date is Nov'2002. Havent received the letter yet.

Can you provide the following details :-

Which center sent out the 45 day letter - Dallas or Philly.
The initial alphabet of the company thru which the Nov'02 PD case was filed.
( There are theories around that the letters are sent in alphabetical order ;-)

Most of the cases having CA RD July 2003 and later are started to recieve BEC letters.
 
What about Non RIR cases from CA SWA?

Hi Guys
My Labor PD is Apr 2002 in Non RIR. Anyone know when BEC sends letter for Non RIR cases? Any one received yet?

How do you know? My CA RD is July and still waiting for the letter. No clue no help from the lawyers.

I dont know your RD but it was a statement.

According to AVM : All cases having RD May 2003 & later are transferred to BEC and reciev letter in next 60 days.

According to my Attorney: All cases having RD Junly 2003 and later are transferred to BEC and remaining are still at SFO.

Untill we recieve the letters we have to believe both statements
 
Hi My CA RD is early april 2004. No BEC letters yet :-(
some guys in my company in march 2004 got it in month of dec itself.

Friends,
Do you think we should worry if the mail they sent is lost or we do not recieve it for some reason ??

I just don't want that application is cancelled for such stupid reasons ...

My MT RD is early Mar 04, there are ppl in my company with RD Jan 04 who got
their letters 2 weeks back, my attorney asks me to wait , have patience, i asked
her what if letter is lost, she says no chance of that....we dont have any thing
in our hand, just wait and wait ....

Good to see this , some hopes for May 2003 and later months.
What was your PD? and from which BEC center you recd the letter.

could you share more information, like PD, RD, RIR, EB, which center?

Information about your case is espcially important for CA cases with RD May 2003 and Jun 2002, which are hot topics recently.

For all the active posters,

It's a great to share information. Also it might be more helpful to provide full information, coz sometime people just misuse PD/RD, mistype date, whatsoever. A set of PD/RD might provide more convincing hence useful information for all of us.

PD is somewhere in May-June-July 2002 -- rains had stopped already :rolleyes:

It's RIR/EB3, I believe. Don't know which BEC it was from -- don't think it matters, quite frankly. Case # was 09565XXX

Just in case if you hadrecieved from Bec Philly, Since most other cases were from Bec Dallas.
If your RD is May 2003 your PD should around June 2002:)

Dallas, Philadelphia, and San Francisco Regions Cases: Data entry for these cases has been completed and letters have been sent out and the Backlog Centers are awaiting the responses for further processing and adjudication.
