My AP was approved on 01/23/04 and I received the papers today(actually my lawyers office received them today). Hope this info helps somebody.
 
It will help somebody if you post details like service center, AP RD/ND details and RFE- if any.
 
I already did. I have 3 threads on this issue. Anyway

RD for AP and EAD 12/05/2003
Center-NSC
AD for EAD 12/21
AD for AP 12/23
 
Looks like NSC is faster than VSC in approving EAD and AP

My AP is pending since 10/27/2003 and EAD since 11/13/2003 at VSC and nothing so far except the receipts.

Is this ur 1st AP?? What docs did you attachwith the applictaion??

Did you have to write (in PART 7) any separate sheet how you qualify to get AP or did u just send copies of 1-485 notice??

tell me everything you did. I'm applying for 1st time.

This is my second AP. Sorry,I cannot tell what documents were submitted because the lawyers took care of everything. Let me know if you have any other question
