Receipts for June 2001 (CSC)

8/30 is atleast two weeks into future! Do you mean to say you got receipts recently? i.e. 8/13 or 8/14?

application received by INS on 8/13 ( second time ) ........waiting for the receipt

Mailed on : 8/10
INS received on : 8/13
Mode : Airborne
 
WAC # is alloted as soon as the Application is filed

this means .............I guess.......I get to retain my old WAC # ( previously alloted ) .......but lose the notice date ( earlier )

This info I got it from Friends on this Board .....I am thankful to Immigrationportal.com for that.
 
Seems nobody received receipts in last 1/2 days. Please keep your status updated, this is very important for all of us.

Few people applied for I140 on June 21st got receipt yesterday in my company. Why dont I485 people not getting receipts?

May be INS already started opening packets dated June 21st but note that for I-140 it takes very less time for data entry compared to I-485.

Just a guess...
