Receipt for Labor Application

Guys,

My attorney filed for my labor with Texas Workforce commission and he received a letter from them giving the Alien Labor Certification Case No alongwith the date it was received.
Is this sufficient enough to file for 7th Year H1? My application was filed as Non RIR. The letter also states that your application will be processed in the order in which it was received and soon as it has been assigned to an analyst for review you will be contacted.
Is the receipt letter everyone is talking about or do we have to wait for some other receipt notice for the labor application?

all clarifications/inputs will be highly appreciated.
Thanks

--- YES, your LC should be pending more than 365 days from the date LC was received by SWA (Texas Workforce commission) for 7th year extension. When you file for 7th year attach that letter
