Receipt/EAD Tracker OCTOBER - 2001.

MD 10/18/2001:Received the EAC # for I485, EAD & AP for both me and my wife.

My lawyer received the receipts and forwarded me the EAC Numbers to me today, don\'t know when he received the receipts.

just curious when did your attorney received the receipt,

I got an email from my lawyer that she received the receipts today. My MD is 10/18/01.
 
EAD got for wife , mine not apporved ??

Hi all,
I applied for 485/EAD/AP
RD 10/8/01
ND 11/27/01

My wife got EAD 12/05/01 , I did not get EAD. I checked VT INS AVM for my case, it says this case is not yet approved. (my wife\'s case says Approved that means AVM is updated). Does any one has same experience ? Is there a chance of my EAD getting too much delayed / worst case rejected ?
FYI I am on H1 and wife is on H4.

AVM says EAD is approved and card is ordered.
