Recvd recpt for my EAD today. Still waiting for my 485 recpt. Haven\'t recevd any receipts for my wife.
Mailed 485 and 765(EAD) for me and my wife on 10/22. INS recd on 10/24.

I will keep all of you updated.

Talked to IIO yesterday , they are still entering data for October.A/c to her by the end of month they would all be done with october stuff.

For many october filers AVM says "The case has been rejected"

I had filed 485, EAD,AP in Oct 2001. After I got receipts from my lawyer, I checked the AVM and entered my case number then it says on this day your case has been rejected, for all 485,EAD,AP. Though I have the proper receipt notices for those dates saying "your case has been received". I talked to another oct filer he also said he also heard the same thing.
Any of you guys have knowledge about these kinds of messages??
 
Received EAD Card MD 10/24.

Received EAD Card for me and my wife MD 10/24.
Not sure about RD and ND
ND must be 12/10 as EAD is Valid as of 12/10.
Does any one know how much time for AP?
Do we get copies of receipts from INS if lawyer does not provide?
