You will get a different EAC number when you get the notice for 485, 765 and 131

you are right...if you take saturdays and sundays as holidays, then we will not get 269th working day. I am not sure...but it looks like they take into consideration the saturdays also....
Is anyone out there who can give exact details about this EAC numbers ?

You can check how they arrive at the numbers (EAC, LIN, WAC, etc.,) from the website www.usdoj.gov (check under immigration...VSC).

Here is the proper definition: It represents the computer workday in the fiscal year on which the fee was taken. And I guess everyday would be a computer work day except for few national holidays.

I filed on Dec 01 2001 and got receipt on Dec 27,01.
My question is: When should I go to the doctor for the medical exam?
                When should I file that medical results?If the final
                interview is waived(very common nowadays) then should
               I mail it to VSC?

What should I do now that I have not submitted the medical with 485

Could anyone who is on the same boat tell me what to do now?
Should I take the exam and mail it off right away or should I
wait for RFE?

I got the notice

MD 12/10, RD 12/13, ND 12/21 for one EAD and three 485 applification.
