August timeline

lets compare our timeline guys so it will give us some idea atleast... im still waiting for my ead and wishing that it woudl be here everytime i open the mailbox...

It takes up to 90 days to get EAD. It shouldn't be too much longer for you but looking at your interview date, it won't be much need for it if your interview in Dec. is approved you will have green card. But that is hard to predict. Anyway, i believe Nov. 24 is 90 days. Remember about the holidays so I would say maybe by the end of November you should have some type of notification about your EAD. Good Luck Camster! :)

they are a little bit strict now in issuing EAD.
I had my interview on Oct 23 with no EAD yet. My case was approved last November 3. My EAD application was useless. waste of money.
 
thats what im worried about :) :) :) not receiving the EAD which we paid for haha... but being approved is better than having an EAD on hand :)
 
hi, is there anyone filed around late August? Can we maybe start a timeline and see how is everyone doing?

I filed around August 28th. So far no interview letter or EAD. Is that normal? :rolleyes:
 
hi mine was received by USCIS august 24 2006. check my timeline... as for my ead... im not expecting to receive it anymore because im tired of waiting for one haha. goodluck to us

Our timelines are very close. I too have been waiting for my EAD. Any LUDs when you log into the system? I have recent LUDs for both I-485 and I-130 (10/31), but nothing for the I-765. I keep checking several times a day. :rolleyes:

My files RD at 28th, I have fingerprint done at 9/9 but that is all it is so far.
Seems like you already get your interview letter. congradulations.
I will still waiting for something to happen, Anything. I have no LUD on anything either.
Right now, I am waiting for EAD :(

From this forum, it seems like a lot of people didnt' get LUD or anything update either when things happen. Dont' worry, at least you have your interview date setup. That is important. ;)
Good luck to me now, not only I dont' have update, I still dont' have interview letter :confused: what is going on?

I did, I received and send out my RFE around mid-Sept.
and they e-mail me the same old message like everyone else does. Isn't that mean I should still expect everything in the normal process timeline? :o
If it is really because RFE slowing me down, I will get less worry.
But besides EAD, how come I dont' even have interview notice? :confused:
I thought they process in different location? :(

What's your DO? Some are faster than others for getting an interview. I know that the California DOs are all super fast. Also, the fact that you got an RFE is probably also delaying things.

doesn't seems like there is a worry dateline for interview letter. How much longer I should wait before I get a Infopass, anyone know? :o
 
I'm sure the RFE has something to do with why things are getting delayed. But there's no harm done in scheduling an Infopass -- if you think that will make you sleep easier. Good luck!

i think it would be alright to schedule for infopass and check on your case. i tried calling the customer service regarding my EAD but they advice me to call back after 75 days from the notice date just in case you want to call them too... goodluck to all of us :p

I got my EAD notice e-mail :D
I think they are sending me the card :o finally.
yehyeh.....hope the card can come soon. (I will go sit at the mailbox everyday)

Now just have to wait for Interview letter :( so nervous again.

so just for someone need the information. I get the EAD e-mail 85 days after RD, and almost 60 days after RFE.


Do we need to set up a Infopass for no interview letter? :confused:
or I should just wait?

That's good news, cindywang16. Congratulations!

Our RDs are the same (8/28), so may be my EAD approval will come soon too. :) So far no emails (in fact, I've never gotten a single email since the whole process started) and no LUDs for the I-765 since just after my FP/Bio on 9/19.

By the way, are you sure you got your EAD approval 85 days after RD? By my calculation, it's more like 75.

congratulations thats really good news... i hope mine arrives soon too my RD was august 24... can i sit beside our mailbox now :p congrats again cindy!
