it is about 120 after my ND and around 80 after my RFE was received
should I set up a infopass or something like that? :eek: for my interview letter?

It had been a while before anyone post their timeline now.
I am wondering is there anyone received interview letter recenlty?
Today is 116 days after my ND, still waiting for interview letter.
Any idea? :eek:
Can anyone give me their timeline for their interview letter? So I can compare?

10/17/06 - RFE acknowleged
10/19/06 - LUD I485
11/28 & 11/29 LUD I765
11/30/06 e-appr EAD
01/22/07 - Interview appointment letter 3/27/07

Do: ATL

I was concerned about not getting my interview letter and call the customer service number, but they basically told me nothing other that the case has a processing period of 6 months.
 
my process seems similar to yours, I dont' have interview letter either.

my is 8-29-06 ND
Fingerprint some where around 9-25-06
RFE 10-09-06
EAD 11-20-06

and that is it.
NO update for anything. After they received RFE.
I am in St.Louis DO.
I guess we both hit a very slow DO.
wish we both good luck. I envy the people who get their application done so fast.
It can be so much a release.
 
Well I was saying that about the ATL DO, but i got my letter yesterday, so I am sure you will get yours soon...

3/27/07 @ 1pm. Got to get our paperwork in place and just go be ourselves. Hopefully we get someone nice.
 
Anyone filled on August/Sep at Santa Ana DO ???? Still waiting for background check... I heard some people actually knew whether fingerprint check or name check got cleared or not. In my case, it's "background" check ???
