I am planning to apply for Visting Visa extension for my father . what can be a valid reason that i can provide to USCIS for his stay ?

We bought a new place & planning for house warming ceremony . Is that a valid reason?
Can anyone please let me know any other valid reasons for which the visiting visa extension got approved?

Secondly, "visiting son" is a valid reason.
